Working together
Start with the part of running the firm that keeps causing trouble.
You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis. A recent project, staffing question or awkward client request gives us something to discuss.
Agree the assignment
We discuss the problem or proposed change and set out the work, participants, fee and timetable. A review can investigate a recurring delay; a trial can test a change you already have in mind.
Use the records you already have
Briefs, estimates, schedules and different accounts of the same project help show where the problem begins. We work through those examples with the people involved.
We then review the findings together. You receive the relevant working material and recommendations, including questions that still need an answer. You decide which changes the firm will adopt. Compare the assignments.
