Introducing a different process
Stay with the change through its first difficult cases.
When a process changes, staff need to know when it starts, which work it covers and where to take a case the instructions do not answer. We help prepare that introduction and review the first uses.
Try the instructions on actual work
For a new time-recording scheme, the questions may concern support calls, shared project work and mistaken entries. Testing the categories against last week’s records can expose gaps before everyone starts using them.
Leave a process the firm can maintain
We revise unclear material, retire superseded templates and establish who will keep the current version up to date. If the approach is still uncertain, a small trial can come first.
Tell us what is changing, who is affected and when the team needs to begin.
