What we do

Getting work ready to start

Give the receiving team the information it needs for the first task.

The fee and deadline can be agreed while the client material is still missing. We help account and delivery staff agree what must be ready, who checks it and what happens when only part of the work can start.

Review the handoffs that came back

We compare the brief as it was sent with the questions the team had to ask. Repeated questions can point to a missing field, an approval that arrives too late or a standard the teams interpret differently.

Keep the check short

The revised handoff should record the agreed brief, the first task, outstanding inputs and who is following up. We try it on new projects before recommending wider use.

The handoff worksheet is a starting point. Describe how a project reaches your team.
