Privacy and correspondence
This notice explains how Fieldstead Advisory handles information connected with this website and initial business inquiries. It describes the website as it currently operates. Any later client engagement may need separate contractual, confidentiality and data-processing arrangements.
The information involved
When you visit, the hosting infrastructure receives technical request information needed to deliver a page. This can include an IP address, requested address, request time, browser information and security or error details. We do not ask visitors to create an account, enter payment details or complete an inquiry form on this website.
If you choose to email or call, you provide the information in that communication. An email may include your name, email address, organization, signature, message and attachments. Please limit an initial inquiry to the business question and do not send confidential employee or customer records.
What this website stores on your device
The browser-storage notice saves an entry named privacy-choice when you dismiss it. It records that the notice was dismissed and when. The page reads this entry to avoid showing the same notice on each visit; it does not activate tracking.
No optional analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social feeds or third-party video players are currently installed. Fonts are served with the website. External links load their destination only if you follow them. Our cookies and preferences page explains the controls.
Why information is used
Technical request information supports page delivery, security, availability and diagnosis of failures. Inquiry information is used to understand your request, reply, discuss a possible engagement and keep a necessary record of the conversation. We do not use an inquiry as permission to add you to a newsletter.
Where a data-protection law requires a legal basis, the applicable basis depends on the activity and circumstances. Responding to a requested business conversation may involve steps toward a contract or a legitimate interest in handling correspondence. Security and reliable site operation may involve legitimate interests. Optional tracking, if later introduced, would need an appropriate basis and updated controls.
Service providers and recipients
The website is hosted on Vercel. Requests to the site pass through its hosting infrastructure. If you contact us, the email or telephone providers involved also process information to deliver the communication. These providers have their own terms and privacy information for the services they supply.
Following an external link takes you to another operator's website. Its information practices are outside this notice. The public phone contact is a separate communication channel; this website does not record calls or provide an online calling service.
Retention and access
We keep inquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond, consider an engagement and maintain relevant business records. Retention depends on the nature of the correspondence and applicable obligations; this notice does not claim a single fixed period for every message. We remove correspondence when there is no continuing business or legal reason to retain it.
Hosting and communication providers can retain operational records according to the services used and their applicable policies. The local storage-notice acknowledgement remains in this browser until overwritten or cleared. Business correspondence is used for the inquiry and related administration, rather than published on the website.
Security and international processing
We aim to use appropriate access controls and secure services for the information involved. No website, email route or storage service can promise absolute security. Initial email is not a suitable channel for passwords, sensitive personnel material or unredacted customer data.
Infrastructure and communication providers may process information in countries outside your location, including the United States. The protection and transfer requirements depend on the law that applies and the relevant provider arrangements. This notice does not represent an independent certification of those providers.
Your requests and choices
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and reasonable identity checks. We do not promise that every right applies to every visitor.
Send a privacy request to business@fieldsteadadvisory.com and describe your relationship with Fieldstead and what you are requesting. Please avoid including extra sensitive documents unless a proportionate verification step is agreed. You may also contact a competent data-protection regulator where applicable.
Sale, sharing and children
The current website does not use advertising technology to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no advertising profile to opt out of on this site. We do not use a Global Privacy Control signal to enable optional tracking. If the site changes, its disclosures and controls must be reviewed before new tools are activated.
The website describes services for businesses and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through an inquiry, contact us so we can consider an appropriate response.
Changes and contact
We will revise this notice when the site's functions or information practices materially change. The date above identifies this version. Fieldstead Advisory is the contact for questions about the website and its inquiries: business@fieldsteadadvisory.com.
Working-paper calculations
The capacity working paper accepts numerical planning assumptions and calculates a result inside your browser. Those values are not submitted to Fieldstead or stored by the calculator. The tool does not ask for names, employee records or customer details. Avoid putting confidential material into any browser field that does not require it.
