A trial gives one team a chance to use a new brief, approval rule or planning routine on current projects. We agree which work is included and prepare the instructions.
Record what happens during the trial
For a handoff trial, we might record which briefs came back, what was missing and whether the revised check saved another round of questions. Staff need a person to ask when a case falls outside the instructions.
