Process trial worksheet
Choose what one team will try and how you will review it.
The trial needs a defined set of projects, participants and instructions. It also needs someone who can answer a question or approve an exception.
Keep a record of the first uses
For a new intake check, note which briefs were accepted, returned or started subject to missing material. Record why, and any additional work needed to follow the instruction.
At the review, discuss actual cases and workarounds with the team. Decide whether to extend, revise or stop. If the firm continues, establish who maintains the current instructions and when the old route ends.
